Toronto, Ontario, February 2, 2023 – Silver Mountain Resources Inc. is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with a syndicate of underwriters led by Sprott Capital Partners (collectively, the “Underwriters”), in connection with a bought deal prospectus offering (the “Offering”) of 27,000,000 units of the Company (“Units”) at a price of C$0.30 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of C$8,100,000.
